Eligible After-Sales Conditions Replacement or after-sales service is only supported under the following conditions: Single surface paint or pattern defect larger than 0.5 cm. Broken parts or missing accessories on the main product. Major manufacturing defects (minor color differences, fluff unevenness, or normal handmade traces are not covered). 4. Special After-Sales Instructions For limited edition or special edition items, due to the lack of spare stock, replacements are only provided for major quality issues.
